Hatha Yoga

Classical hatha yoga postures strengthen, tone and stretch the whole body leaving you feeling energised and relaxed. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and move in accordance with your capacity and energy level on any given day. Through mindful movement we develop body awareness and we come to accept our bodies as they are. This approach is therefore suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced students.

Small group classes help us to feel a sense of connection and community online as well as ensuring personal attention.
