Sound yoga is a gentle but powerful way to help reduce physical, emotional and mental stress and tension and to connect to your own natural rhythm. Sound yoga is a combination of mindful yoga with sound, using tibetan singing bowls, sound massage, sound relaxation, and sound meditation. Restorative Yoga with Deep Relaxation

A perfect antidote to stress, this gentle practice combines mindful movement, restorative yoga and deep relaxation. Restorative yoga uses props in the form of blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body during stretches. This frees the muscles to completely relax allowing for deep release. Restorative yoga triggers the relaxation response, helping the nervous system to recover from continuous daily stress. Postures are practised mainly from lying down. The skill of mindfulness will be developed by paying careful attention to the breath and to the sensations experienced. This workshop is an excellent practice for those suffering with stress or tiredness, promoting deep relaxation and well-being in body and mind.

Hormone Yoga Therapy for women offers a holistic treatment using only yoga exercises specifically designed to reactivate hormone production by your own body. The practice eliminates the symptoms of unbalanced hormones. No previous yoga experience is needed. Once learnt it takes about 30 minutes to practice. During this workshop you will learn the whole sequence of HYT plus some anti-stress, calming exercises and yoga nidras. You will also receive handouts for home practice. This yoga is recommended for every woman over the age of 35, the age at which a woman´s hormone levels (estrogen and progesterone) may begin to decrease. It can also be practiced by any woman who is experiencing menstrual challenges.

Yoga offers all children the opportunity to take time out from mounting stresses in their daily life. Special classes are available for children with additional challenges, such as Dyspraxia and Autism.
