Workshops
Restorative Yoga
Saturday 11th November, 14.30 – 16.30pm, €25
A perfect antidote to stress, this gentle practice uses props in the form of blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body during stretches. This frees the muscles to completely relax allowing for deep release. Restorative yoga triggers the relaxation response, helping the nervous system to recover from continuous daily stress. Postures are practised mainly from lying down. The skill of mindfulness will be developed by paying careful attention to the breath and to the sensations experienced. Restorative Yoga is an excellent practice for those suffering from anxiety or insomnia, promoting deep relaxation and well-being in body and mind.

Bonding with your baby
More energy, less fatigue
Improved sleep through relaxation techniques
Baby Massage
Through the process of loving touch, baby massage enhances the bonding experience between a parent and their child. Massaging your baby regularly can also help ease symptoms of colic, reflux and gas. Massaging your baby is proven to reduce stress levels in both infants and parents.
