Sound can nourish our body, mind and soul, restoring well-being, health and balance. To the harmonising sounds and vibrations of tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and drums you can relax completely, unwind and let the sound take you to a deeper place. Sound is the vessel and it allows you to explore and identify what a meditative state is and how it feels. The experience begins with each person lying down on a comfortable mat. After a few minutes of breath work the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession.
