Mindful Movement and Restorative Yoga with Beverley Nolan
Friday 29th – Sunday 31st March 2019, Early Bird price €280
Step out of your life for a weekend and practice the art of self-acceptance, embracing yourself just as you are, here and now. Letting go of striving, both on your mat and in your life, can help you to experience new energy, profound well-being and inner contentment.
An easy-going schedule combines an active morning class and a more relaxed restorative class in the late afternoon. The emphasis is on developing the skill of mindfulness through movement, breath awareness meditation and deep relaxation.
We are delighted to host Beverley in Ireland for the first time. With over 30 years experience teaching yoga, Beverley’s approach is detailed, slow and mindful.
More than just a relaxation practice, Restorative Yoga is the perfect setting for clarifying Awareness, or put another way to explore meditation. Restorative yoga invites you to settle into the ease of your body, follow the comings and goings of your breath and gradually quieten your senses. It’s not the easiest of things to do, to ask your body not to do anything, not to work, stretch or strive, but the benefits can be totally refreshing.
