Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction/Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
8 week course, dates TBC
Sundays, 11.00am – 1.30pm plus one full retreat day
This course will introduce different forms of mindfulness meditation including sitting meditation, body awareness and gentle mindful movement. These practices give you the opportunity to tune into body, mind and heart and develop the skill of mindfulness.
Each session will include time for sharing about any aspect of the course content and for questions. You will be encouraged to commit to a daily home practice. Studies indicate that the majority of people who complete this course feel lasting physical and psychological benefits.
